Personal data (PDPA)

We collect the personal data you give us (name, email, phone, company, profession and content you post) to provide membership services, respond to enquiries, process supplier registrations and send service notifications. We record sign-in IP addresses and activity logs for security. We do not sell personal data. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on leakage.sg.

You may request access to or correction of your data, withdraw consent, or delete your account from My Profile, or by emailing our Data Protection contact at pe@qp.sg.

Terms of use

• Calculator outputs are preliminary and indicative. They do not constitute a design, certification or Professional Engineer endorsement.
• AI assistant responses are generated from the platform's resources and may be incomplete or wrong. Always check the cited source.
• Supplier listings are for reference only and are not an endorsement, certification, approval or commercial partnership.
• Standards are listed by reference; obtain the documents from the official publishers.
• Forum posts must not disclose confidential client or project information. We may moderate or remove content.
